What We Do

Building a more compassionate world, at the grassroots level.

At Eat Laugh Give, we believe that connection is everything. When people feel seen, supported, and welcomed, they feel less anxious, more confidence and more likely to extend kindness to others. Simple moments create belonging, and belonging strengthens communities.

Heart of the Home Initiative

Our Primary Mission: Restoring the Space Where Life Happens.

Do you notice whenever you have people over, that everyone wants to gather around the kitchen (and, all that delicious food you are serving?) So did we! Our mission is to provide functional spaces that allow safe and easy living in the Heart of the Home. The side effects? Feeling of possibility, hope, and pride.

Our Work Includes:

  • Full Kitchen Renovations: Tailored projects ranging from structural updates to modernizing living spaces (for owned homes).
  • Essential Outfitting: Providing the vital tools families may not be able to afford, such as stoves, refrigerators, and crockpots and even plates, utensils, cookware.
  • Homey Feeling: Creating a space that reflects the family’s personality and is a place of pride.
  • A Personal Plan: Every project begins with an interview to ensure we are meeting the specific, unique needs of each family.

Our Broader Focus

With all we do, our commitment is to create a happier world through connection.

Connection with Others

We believe in teaching the next generation to look beyond the surface and notice the people who may feel left out or unseen. Through sales of Lolly the Left-Out Lobster, school visits, book rallies, and donations to under-resourced schools and libraries, we hope to spark conversations about kindness, empathy, and the simple power of making others feel included.

Connection Within Yourself

We believe empowerment starts from within. In our upcoming book Your Job Won’t Love You Back, we encourage young women to pause, reflect, and build lives that feel meaningful and true to who they are. Releasing summer 2027, with discussion guides to follow.

Support & Grants

14 million U.S. kids in America go hungry each day

In addition to our makeover work, Eat Laugh Give provides targeted Community Grants designed to address food insecurity.

For many families, the kitchen is the heart of the home, and because of Eat, Laugh, Give, kitchens have been transformed into places of comfort, connection, and joy. Through their extraordinary generosity and compassion, lives are being changed in ways that will be felt for years to come.
